Exercise of Options

The Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), pursuant to an exercise of options.  It expected that Admission will become effective on 20 January 2011.

Following Admission, the Company will have 16,267,667 Shares in issue, each having one vote.
