Lo-Q plc the AIM listed provider of virtual queuing systems for theme parks and major attractions, today announces that, on 24 March 2011, it received notification that Mr Leonard Sim, an Executive Director of the Company, today sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 154p each, representing approximately 5.84% of the Company.

His resultant interest in Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 3,343,575 ordinary shares, representing approximately 19.52% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
