DIRECTOR'S DEALING - Purchase into SIPP

Lo-Q has today been notified that on 22 April 2008 Jeffrey McManus, Chairman,
sold 90,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Shares') at 24.5p per
Share, and on the same day the Mr McManus's SIPP and the SIPP of his wife each
purchased 45,000 Shares at 24.5p per Share.

Following these transactions Mr McManus's interest in the Company remains
unchanged at 953,414 Shares, representing approximately 6.2% of the Company
issued ordinary shares.
