Appointment of Director and Chief Operating Officer


The Board of Lo-Q plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Murray
Drake (44) as Director and Chief Operating Officer effective from 11 January
2005.


Mr Drake has been involved with the Lo-Q Virtual Queuing System since 1998 and
successfully took responsibility for park operations at the start of the 2004
season.


Mr Drake currently holds 186,384 ordinary shares of £0.01 in Lo-Q and holds
options over 60,921 ordinary shares of £0.01 in Lo-Q.


There are no other disclosures under paragraph (f) of Schedule Two of the Aim
Rules.
