-  First win for accesso Passport® in Europe -

- Compagnies des Alpes to install the solution in five Belgian and Dutch Parks -

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider to the global attractions and leisure industry, is pleased to announce that it has signed a three year agreement with Compagnies des Alpes ("CDA"),  a France-based holding company active in the tourism and leisure industry, to provide the accesso Passport eCommerce solution for five CDA parks in Belgium and Holland.

In 2012 the Group signed a three year agreement with CDA to bring Qsmart, accesso's patented smartphone-based queuing solution, to Walibi Holland, one of the Netherland's top theme parks. This new, additional agreement builds on that existing relationship to include accesso Passport. Not only will accesso's eCommerce solution be installed at Walibi Holland alongside the Qsmart system, CDA are also deploying the technology at Walibi Belgium, Bellewaerde Park, Aqualibi Belgium, and Dolfinarium.

accesso's eCommerce technology supports a variety of languages including French, German, Dutch and English and will enable the parks to optimise revenue through a highly-flexible, user-friendly, secure design. The solution seamlessly incorporates a wide range of dynamic revenue features and allows for frequent, ongoing software updates to ensure the most advanced features are available and in order to be able to quickly deploy client-requested enhancements.

Compagnies des Alpes is a major player in the tourism and leisure industries in Europe. It currently manages 15 leisure parks (including Parc Asterix, Grévin, Walibi), across six European countries: France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the UK and 11 major ski resorts in the Alps (including Tignes, Val d'Isère, Les Arcs, La Plagne, Les Menuires, Les 2 Alpes, Meribel, Chamonix).

Commenting on the news, Tom Burnet, Chief Executive Officer for accesso said:

"I am delighted to be announcing today's news and the first win for Accesso Passport in Europe.
