Director Promotion and Trading Update

Director Promotion

Access Intelligence plc has pleasure in announcing that Joanna Arnold has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at the Group as of today's date. Joanna joined the Board on the 16^th December 2010 as Business Development Director. In conjunction with this increased responsibility Joanna has also been granted a further 1,000,000 options under the Group's EMI scheme priced at 2.50p which will be exercisable at any time from 14^th December 2014 to 13^th December 2021. Joanna has now 2,000,000 options in total.

Trading Update

Following the 30^th November 2011 year end the Group is pleased to inform the market that sales and profit before tax will be in line with market expectations and that cash balances at the year end exceeded £4.1m.

The group will announce preliminary results on 7 March 2012.
