                                 Result of EGM

At the extraordinary general meeting of Access Intelligence Plc held at 11.00am
today, all of the resolutions proposed were passed.  Accordingly 30,000,000 new
ordinary shares in the company, issued in respect of the placing announced on 18
November 2004, will be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from Tuesday 14
December 2004.
