At the extraordinary general meeting of Access Intelligence Plc held at 11:00
a.m. today, all of the resolutions proposed were passed.  Accordingly 32,598,784
new ordinary shares in the company, as announced on 20 September 2006, will be
admitted to trading on AIM with effect from Tuesday 17 October 2006.
