At the Annual General Meeting of Access Intelligence plc held today, Keith
Salisbury did not seek re election as a Non Executive Director having assisted
the company with the initial flotation in November 2003. The board would like to
extend their thanks to Keith for his help and assistance during the Group's
early stage of development.
