                    Access Intelligence plc (the 'Company')


The Company was notified on 8 March 2006 that Colin Davies, Finance Director of
the Company, yesterday purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in
the Company at a price of 8 pence per ordinary share.


Mr. Davies' resultant holding is 2,532,592 ordinary shares, equivalent to 4 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
