Access Intelligence plc (the 'Company') announces that on 17 November 2006, a total of 1,000,000 options over ordinary 
shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company were granted pursuant to the Company's Management Incentive Scheme.

Included within this grant of options, are a number of options which have been granted to the following directors of the
