AMENDMENT

The following amendment has been made to the 'AGM Results' announcement released on 17 April 2014 at 14.14pm under RNS No 1083F.

Resolution 8 was updated to note that KPMG Audit LLP was appointed and not the reappointment of KPMG Audit plc.

At today's Annual General Meeting all resolutions were passed by shareholders.
