The Board of Shires Smaller Companies plc has declared a second interim dividend of 1.75p per share in respect of the year to 31 December 2009 (second interim 2008: 3.40p) payable on 31 July 2009 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 10 July 2009. The ex dividend date is 8 July 2009.
