Notice of AGM
API Group plc (AIM:API), a leading manufacturer of specialist foils and packaging materials, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2012 will be distributed today to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy. An electronic copy of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2012 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available from the Company's website at www.apigroup.com.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 19 July 2012 at the Royal Thames Yacht Club, 60 Knightsbridge, London SW1.
