API Group PLC ('API' or the 'Company')
API received notification yesterday from Fidelity Investments that Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries are interested
in 3,533,868 ordinary shares of 25 pence each, representing 10.44 per cent of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
