API GROUP PLC ('the Company')
API Group PLC today received notification from Fidelity Investments that
Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries
are interested in 1,485,414 ordinary shares of 25p each, representing
approximately 4.39 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
*A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient:
Obtains access to the information in a personal capacity;
Is not required to be regulated or supervised by a body concerned with the regulation or supervision of investment or financial services;
