ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERIM RESULTS



API Group plc will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 30
September 2007 on Monday 17 December 2007.


As previously announced and following the change of its accounting reference
date to 31 March, the Company is presently in an eighteen month transitional
accounting period commencing on 1 October 2006 and ending on 31 March 2008.
