The Company was notified on 13 July 2005 that, following a disposal of shares on
12 July 2005, Morgan Stanley Securities Limited ('MSSL') now has a total holding
of 1,252,496 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing
approximately 3.67% of the Company's issued share capital.

Those companies that are direct or indirect holding companies of MSSL are each
interested by attribution in any shares in which MSSL is interested.
