representing approximately 5.70% of the issued share capital of the Company.
These shares are registered in the name of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Limited. By virtue of Section 203 of the Companies Act 1985 Credit
Agricole SA, Caylon SA, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux SA and SAS Rue La Boetie also
have an interest in these shares.
