The Company was today notified that Gartmore Investment Limited ('GIL') and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries have disposed of 116,066 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company and that their holding is now 3,681,264 ordinary shares
of 25p in the capital of the Company, representing 10.875% of the Company's
issued share capital.
