The Company was today notified that Fidelity International Limited ('FIL') and
its direct and indirect subsidiaries have disposed of 350,000 ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company and that their holding is now 926,105 ordinary shares
of 25p in the capital of the Company, representing 2.74% of the Company's issued
share capital. The interests of FIL are non-beneficial and include interests
held by unit trust schemes in the UK and, by virtue of his shareholding in FIL,
Mr Edward C. Johnson 3d.
