On 15 September 2003, the Company was notified that following the acquisition of
259,691 ordinary shares in the Company, FMR Corp and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited ('FIL') and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries hold 3,046,186 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital
of the Company, representing 9% of the Company's issued share capital.  The
interests are non-beneficial and include interests held by unit trust schemes in
the UK and, by virtue of his shareholding in FMR Corp and FIL, Mr Edward C.
