API Group Plc received notification Hermes Administration Services Limited today
that BriTel Fund Nominees Limited now holds 1,520,909 ordinary shares of the
Company, which represents 4.493% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Hermes also notified the Company that PossFund Nominees Ltd now holds 1,033,147
ordinary shares of the Company, which represents 3.052% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
