The Company received notification on 18 March 2002 that as of 15 March 2002,
HSBC Investment Bank plc no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company. HSBC Investment Bank Holdings plc as HSBC Investment Bank
plc's parent and HSBC Holdings plc, the ultimate parent company, were also
interested, and are no longer interested in all of the above mentioned shares.
