Holding in Company
The Company received notification on 18 December 2001 that following the
recent sale of 550,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 1.62% of
the issued share capital of the Company), the Universities Superannuation
Scheme Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of
the Company.
