Holding in Company

The Company received notification on 02 January 2002 that following the sale
on 31 December 2001 of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing
0.30% of the issued share capital of the Company), Morley Fund Management
Limited (a subsidiary of CGNU plc) no longer has a notifiable interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company. The registered holders of the remaining shares
held by Morley Fund Management Limited are BNY Norwich Union Nominees Ltd and
Chase GA Group Nominees Ltd.
