API Group plc (the 'Company')
The Company has received notification that with effect from the close of
business on 31 December 2000, that, as a result of renaming, the holding of
1,789,538 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.28%, which was held
by Prudential Portfolio Managers, is now held by M & G Investment Management
Limited.
