API Group PLC has received notification from Fidelity Investment that Fidelity
International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries are
interested in 3,333,868 ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 9.85 per
cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
