The following amends the notice of results announced 6 May 2003 at 10.50 under
RNS number 7311K.  The results will now be announced on Tuesday 10 June 2003
instead of Tuesday 3rd June.  All other details remain the same and the full
amended text is below.


                       ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTERIM RESULTS


Due to a family bereavement, API Group plc will be announcing its Interim
results on Tuesday 10 June 2003 and not Tuesday 3rd June as previously
indicated.
