(IOM) Limited, we wish to inform you that we have today been notified by
Charlemagne Capital (IOM) Limited that the information provided by them to us
was incorrect. The full amended version appears below.


Charlemagne Capital (IOM) Limited have today notified us that they are in
control of 1,650,000 shares in this Company held on behalf of Undervalued Assets
Fund Series One (not International Fund Arbitrage as previously stated). The
holding represents 3.45% of the total issued share capital of this Company.
