The Board of the Morgan Grenfell Latin American Companies Trust PLC announces
that the Company has yesterday purchased for cancellation 120,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 70.31p per share.
Following this purchase there are now 55,741,050 ordinary shares in issue.
