The Board of the Morgan Grenfell Latin American Companies Trust PLC announces
that the Company has today purchased for cancellation 200,000 ordinary shares
in the Company at a price of 80.5p per share.
Following this purchase there are now 53,241,050 ordinary shares in issue.
