We wish to announce that we have today been informed by the Co-operative
Insurance Society that it holds, as beneficial owner, 70,000 ordinary shares
in this Company which represents 0.15% of the issued share capital.  We are
advised that the decrease in the percentage holding is the result of a stock
loan.
