We  wish  to  announce  that we have today been informed by  the  Co-operative
Insurance  Society  that  it  holds, as beneficial owner,  2,470,000  ordinary
shares in this Company which represents 5.14% of the issued share capital.  We
are  advised that the increase in the percentage holding is the result of  the
return of a stock loan.
