Further to the announcement made on 5 November 2004 regarding proposals for the
future of the Company, the Board announces that a circular to shareholders will
today be posted which sets out full details of the proposals and which also
contains a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to
be held on Thursday, 9 December 2004.
