The Company announces that on 20 July 2000 it purchased in the market 33,290
Series A Warrants and 55,830 Series B Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary
shares, for cancellation at 108p and 66p per Warrant respectively.
Following this transaction, 41,497 Series A Warrants and 144,012 Series B
Warrants remain in issue.
