In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p of the Company in issue at 31 August 2018 is 113,268,848, with each share holding one voting right. 

The Company also holds 9,779,788 shares in Treasury.
