ABERDEEN NEW DAWN INVESTMENT TRUST PLC (the "Company")

The Company announces that it has drawn down a further £5,000,000 under its five-year £35,000,000 multi-currency loan facility (the "Facility") with the Royal Bank of Scotland plc. HKD154,100,000, US$8,680,000 and £7,500,000 loans are currently drawn down under the Facility. 

Gross borrowings now represent 10.17% of net assets, based upon the net asset value per Ordinary share of 201.24p as at close on 10 November 2014.
