Issue of Equity


The Company announces the allotment on 11 January 2006 of 100,000 Ordinary
shares of 25 pence each under its block listing facility.  The issued share
capital is now 25,212,133 Ordinary shares.


The shares were issued for cash at a price of 491p pence per share.  The net
asset value per share as at the close of business on 10 January 2006 was 470.62
pence per share.
