Issue of Equity



The Company announces the allotment on 12 September 2005 of 150,000 ordinary
shares of 25p each under its block listing facility.  The issued share capital
is now 24,112,133 ordinary shares.



The shares were issued for cash at a price of 408.00p per share.  The net asset
value per share at the close of business on 9 September 2005 was 392.74p.
