ABERDEEN LATIN AMERICAN INCOME FUND LIMITED

On 25 June 2015, Aberdeen Latin American Income Fund Limited bought back 275,000 Ordinary shares at an average price of 58.75 pence per share.  These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital will comprise:

65,082,824 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

1,490,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury

66,572,824 Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 65,082,824 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
