Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 12 June 2023 all resolutions contained in the circular dated 18 May 2023 (the "Circular") were passed on a show of hands.

The proxy votes received in respect of the Extraordinary General Meeting are shown in the following table:

Accordingly, following approval of the resolutions, Linda Maree Johnson and Louis Leonard Gerber of KPMG Advisory Limited have been appointed as joint liquidators of the Company with immediate effect for the purposes of the summary winding-up of the Company.

The Company's ordinary shares were suspended at 7:30 a.m. on 12 June 2023.
