At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8 December 2016 all resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting were passed on a show of hands.

The Board notes that two of the Company's institutional shareholders, representing approximately 30% of the votes cast, voted against resolution 3. However, over 70% of the votes cast were in support of this resolution.  The independent Directors keep the composition of the Board, including succession plans, under regular review.
