ABERDEEN ALL ASIA INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

On 24 March 2010, Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust plc bought back 15,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 279.25 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 15,512,367 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
