On 12 February 2010, Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust plc bought back 35,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 246.4286 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 15,627,367 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
