On 14 January 2009 Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust plc bought back 20,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 173 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 16,034,367ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
