ABERDEEN ALL ASIA INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

On 31 October 2008 Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust plc bought back 10,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 154 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 16,054,367 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
