On 23 January 2008 Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust PLC bought back 25,000
ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 213 pence per share. Following
the buy back, there are 16,393,367 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back
will be financed out of the capital reserve.
