                     ABERDEEN ALL ASIA INVESTMENT TRUST PLC


On 21 November 2007, Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust plc bought back 30,000
ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 227 pence per share.  Following
the buy back, there are 16,631,767 ordinary shares in issue.  The share buy-back
will be financed out of the capital reserve.
