ABERDEEN ALL ASIA INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

On 11 March 2009 Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust plc bought back 10,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 152.00 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 15,782,367 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
